Team of 5, including Assistant Project Managers, in-house Interior Designer, Architect and Cost Control Engineer.

Full turnkey projects including FF&E.

Combination of high-end luxury residential properties for the client’s family personal use, office and commercial developments, as well as sport venues.

Extremely demanding working environment with multiple high-end, fast paced projects running at the same time, all completed within budget and schedule, to the client satisfaction.

  • Full renovation of a 15 acres property, including master house, guest house, swimming pool and spa, night club, home cinema, outdoor cinema, staff amenities and full landscaping including irrigation management.
  • Full renovation of a 10,000 sf private residence in Monaco, including high end joinery and spa facilities, as well as ultra luxury conference room, cinema and gym, with the associated intelligent home systems.

  • Full renovation of an existing 4,500 sf restaurant in the heart of Monaco, including kitchen, bars, nightclub, outdoor terraces and facades.

  • Scoping and programming for a hotel project of 95 rooms, combined with sport facilities.

  • Scoping and programming for the renovation of a 18,000 seats sports stadium, including amenities such as restaurants, conference rooms, offices, multiple purpose spaces, parking.

  • Full renovation of 6,000 sf offices for the family office use including conference rooms, open spaces, traditional offices and trading floor.

Directed the design and construction phases, including design specifications and compliance with very strict local regulations, conducted weekly meetings with client, designers and contractors, managed the scheduling of the project’s design and construction phases, organized calls for bids from contractors and oversaw contracts, managed cost control, budget forecasts and estimates, analyzed contractor bids and conducted negotiations realizing the client savings of more than 8%.

330-room 4-star Monte-Carlo Bay Resort building in Monaco – global amount of 196 M$.

Optimized client’s budget by proposing cost effective technical solutions

Coordinated project’s design and construction phases, conducted weekly meetings with designers, contractors and client, organized and oversaw call for bids for concrete structure and foundations contractors, established monthly cost control reports and budget forecasts, oversaw contracts administration and claims follow-up.

Grimaldi Forum, Conference Center for business and cultural events – global amount of approx. 147.5M$.
